tis photo showed what i got from the Antalis Company-Paper factory on last last thurs(22/5/08)

its thursday,n its e day we had to submit our assignment 2 which was the stupid birds mural design!several of us will be shortlisted to go to Anchorvale Community Club to give a short presentation to the people-in-charge!at last,dey ll be choosing only 1 mural design for the final mural.

so,once again...the submission time was 3pm sharp...

everyone was rushing to hand it up in time again...i was busy to find long ruler n penknife to cut my work!fortunately,i managed to paste my work on the mounting board in time n submit my work at 2.57pm...phew!so after that we were asked to leave the room as lectures will be deciding which work will be shortlisted.

So sher ying,fion,kamelia n me decided to spent our time in the main library while ligeng went to eat wif her SPSU fren.Then i used my time to chiong my DT1 fruit graphic designs as i planed to submit b4 e deadline which is on tis mon becoz i ll be goin bk to jb on fri.den about 4.30pm...someone called sher ying to inform us that we nid to go bk to HIVE now coz the mural design results were out.so we were still packing our things slowly coz we were not reli think that we ll be chosen.n we also din hope to be shortlisted as if we did,we nid to stay back n go to the Community Club[CC] to do presentation.so at last,we arrived at HIVE.it was so crowded der.seems lyk everyone was already der.den i asked pei yi how's e results.so she told us to check out from the next door.while we were walking der,i heard someone said tt fion n me were chosen...at fion n me were lyk:huh?

so den we saw our works were put on the floor in the next door.so we were lyk:err...put on the floor means chosen?haha...den katherine was der too...she said ours were reli chosen!but den we were lyk:"huh?y chosen?i wana go home n sleep!"but i think in our heart we actually felt happy to be shortlisted,but we just duwan to stay back for presentation...haha...coz we were all so tired.

13 out of 60 of us were shorlisted.3 of dem were from class 01,7 of us from class 02 n 3 of dem from class 03.haha...we-the class 02 were so happy coz our class had the most students were chosen...haha...we were so glad that we actually beat e class 01!coz their were oways lyk the BEST class as everyone said-some of them came in tis course by interview with their portfolios.but anything la...i dun care.i juz do my best.

so,Ms. Sawanee asked us to give her a copy of our works.den we did.n she told us to get prepared for the presentation as we were going der in a few minutes later.n my mind was so blank tt i duno wad to say about my work!gagaga~so we saw the 3 of the class 01 were actually started to write down their speeches!gosh...tis reli stressed us out!den all of a sudden,Ms Sawanee wanted us to have a practice in school 1st.so we were called one by one to present our works!the 01 people present v well.i thought.so my heart were beating so fast while waiting for my turn.den,my design were shown on the screen.so i creeped out n stand in front of everyone.den i juz said out wadeva things tt came across my mind...haha...talking craps i thought.so it's done.not tt bad i thought.

den its 6pm...we shud be at CC at 6.30pm!so straight away we rushed out n called taxis...of coz the taxi fees was not on our own...haha...free travelling...weeeee~hmm...e CC is situated at Sengkang...so far~~~~~~we took more than half hour to reach der ba.so at last we reached.we were late of coz.hmm...the place was still under construction.n the area der was quite remote i thought.there's not many buildings around der.n der was a lake juz beside CC.quite a nice scenery.

so without further ado,we went in to the room...hmm...tt room was lyk tt kind of meeting room...which had a long table which the boss ll be sitting on the right middle front.haha...felt nervous at the moment...looks very serious lyk tt...but i started to imagine tt next time i might be sitting in tis kind of table and selling my works...or maybe im the one hu sit in the middle front?haha

so i found tt the person der were very friendly.tis made me clam down abit...juz abit.den v soon we were asked to present our works to dem...we nid to show dem our printed work 1st b4 we presented from the slide show.den one by one we tried our best to present.i felt lyk i am a business woman who trying to sell my work to my 1st clients...haha...but i thought that i spoke less here than the practice in school...haha...but nvm...it's not bad la...teachers were proud of us=)so den the CC people nid some time to have a final decision...the chairman(i think he's the chairman la hor)said tt it's reli hard to choose from tis 13 piece of works...it was all very good...he was reli impressed n surprised that we could do such things in such a pretty short time.coz we only had about 1 week to do all tis things.so we left the room 1st.we visited around the CC.

we spotted tis spiderweb!it was so damn cool.but not very clear here.

den we went to the washroom...lyk tis design for representing the gender.

after that,we went back to the meeting room again.the results were out...

n guess hu's the one kena chosen?

well,the reason y dey chose hers was because her work showed the happy n joyful environment.

but of coz...he said tt our works were all very good.so he suggested that he'll be displaying our work at CC...n our work ll be arrange in calendars!haha...happy~

den we took taxi back to Dover again.

katherine,michelle,fion n me decided to go Jurong Point to settle our dinner.so tis was my 1st time actually did something in this shopping centre...coz i oways juz passed by it...haha...we had our dinner at food court...i ordered mee rebus...but it was so spicy lo...until my tears almost flowed out.haha...oh ya...hav to show u guys the washrooms in Jurong Point...reli nice lor...hehe

tis the lock of the toilet...so special rite? n guess wad?even mirror was in the toilet...haha...so funny n weird!does someone actually wana see themselves shitting?but cant see oso la...coz our back actually face the mirror if we sit on the toilet bowl...wahaha~

lastly,something happened tis week n i wana said that something can only happen once.

it's impossible to happen twice.

1 week over again...

hehe...1 more week den is HOLIDAYS!yahooooo~
but den new assignments never ends

next thurs have to submit VDS assignment for the Community Club...

have to design the 9 kinds of BIRDS for mural...wth

n we have oni 1 week to do it!

siao~

u tink we are machines or wad?

or u tot we have oni tis VDS ASSIGNMENTS to busy with?

don't u noe that we still have the DT1-100 solutions of fruit graphic design to do?

and the IDS assignments!

i thought that tis BIRDS mural reli not supposed to be an assignment...but dey juz made it so.

furthermore,oni certain artwork ll be chosen for the final mural.

so wth are we doing it for?

okie,now tok about last thursday

which there were two idiot fellows illegally stayed at my hostel.

suddenly felt so amazed that i actually had let two guys slept in my hostel.

coz the whole level is only for girls.

duno wth tt i had the courage to break the hostel rule.

luckily din kena caught by anyone.haha

but den i found out tt guys reli talkative lor...

tok non-stop even tho the lights were off.

n i felt that my roommate lyk not reli happy that i let dem stayed here er.

neway, i hoped that tis ll be the first n oso the last time lo.

2day no lessons at all...hehe

but we went to school coz we nid to submit the HCD poster n DT1 assignment.

reli "kek xin" for my poster lor...

coz i actually nid to pirnt it in A3 size...but dne it came out with A4 picture in A3 paper...

shit lar...wasted 1 dollar...haha

den luckily e 2nd time came out the right size liao...phew!

den liminated e poster for 3.20 dollars...

so the whole thing was 4.20...

if plus the 1 dollar i wasted...den was 5.20 liao!

so wad i can say is

design COURSE reli COST!

*cis,wanted to upload the poster file here but its too slow...maybe cos the file too big...so forget it!

juz chatted with my cousin...

n i wanted to say that...

guys are all the same!

DON BELIEVE THEM EASILY!

n girls...don fall in their trap easily...

yesterday went out with my dear clefs!

it was lyk years that i never meet dem!

soooooo long nv go outing with frens ler

m so glad to have an enjoyable day=]

we went to jusco to watch NARNIA!

i muz say that it's definitely A-MUST-WATCH movie!

n i pretty like that guy with a torch-Edmund...haha

FRI.16/5/2008

well well well...

im here to post about my VDS submission yesterday.

it's gonna be photos blogging again!

so fortunately i managed to submit my 3 piece of artwork and report juz in time!

well...it was e report that made me so nervous and tiring throughout e day.

i was facing difficulties to print my report out!

so tis was e situation...

we went to e 1st printing shop near FC3

and started to print,

but that STUPID colour printing machine was like SLOW until ...

and we was rushing in time becoz we had to hand it up at 3pm sharp!

and it was 2.20pm!

so kamelia,ligeng n me was lyk "OMG OMG,WAD TO DO NOW?I dowana be deducted marks!"

den a guy told us that T14 level 5 has another printer.

so without further ado,we were speeding at top speed to that block and climbed up e stairs to e 5th floor!

huhuhu~panting profusely

but den it came out that we dared not go in e class coz der was lessons going on der.

so at last we said:"Aiya,go back to hive and print lar...don care got colour print anot!"

so again we were running from T14 to T20!

i reli felt lyk pengsan while climbing e stairs up and down!

i was mumbling that y don e school build more lifts and escalators?!!

den we reached T20...

so suddenly i thought of e other printing shop which Dhanish brought me der earlier on.

den i suggested 2 of dem to follow me...

so we were climbing towards tt printing shop at 3rd floor...

luckily we managed to find tt shop and started to print our report.

phew!

tis time it works!

It was not too slow lyk e 1st printing shop we went!haha

so 5 mins left after 3 of us printed our report!

den we quickly ran as something fierce behind was chasing after us!

i din even managed to slip my report into my file!

so at last,we reached HIVE!

it was 1 mins left!

we quikly signed our name and submitted our final works!

phew!finally we smiled but still panting!haha

haha...enough for that troublesome report...

now let's calm down and take a nice look of some of the artworks!

so...there are my hardwork...a piece of 2D work and two 3D work!

the butterfly is actually a maze that u can play with it!but muz be careful coz the bead may fall out of the path!n beside e butterfly sculpture is my damn SIMPLE report!haha

i like tis artwork alot especially its reflection!done by pai cai yi

these are fion n ligeng's artworks!nice rite?so after e submission,we were asked to write something on a piece of A3 paper.

e most top left part of e paper wrote:

"dedicated to our friends in the myanmar cyclone and china earthquakes"
wth...i mean of coz i felt sorry for them but do u tink tt we send thousands of papers lyk e 1 above to dem,dey ll feel happier?

OF COZ NOT.

dey might felt even sadder and cried more.some more we were wasting papers!

y don we send something more necessary like foods,clothes or cash to dem?

anything lar.but i was not in e mood of drawing so i ended up with something like e pic shown above...full of signatures too!haha

after that,we were having fun for photos taking...haha

yesterday dad n mum actually drove me all e way from jb to my hostel!

usually dey ll be sending me to cs den i ll cross e custom by myself...

but yesterday nite daddy said he wana bring me to my hostel!

den i was lyk:reli?

so mummy quickly asked me to bring lots of things der...

maggie,chipsmore,herb teas,tools,clothes...etc etc.

den after tt mum said she wana go to...

dad duwan to let her go coz it was late.

but mummy said she wana help me bring my stuffs up to my room...

so 3 of us start our journey to sg...

it was 10pm so we tot der ll be no more traffic jam...

but it turned out worst than ever...

n we reached der abt 12am edi...

me n mummy quickly bring up all my stuffs...

den i said goodbye mummy...

even tho it's MOTHER'S DAY but i din do anything for her.

yet she treated me so good.

hey!2day was such an interesting day for me!

der were 3 main things happened to me today!

1st was e time wer i was travelling to school...

so as usual,i took a bus from my hostel to e MRT station,

tis time i took no.246 bus to Lakeside coz i waited for no.240 for sooo long tt i finally gave up to take tt bus!

den i reached e Lakeside MRT station,n i was so used to take MRT now.

so i was ready to tap my card at e machine.

but tis time i used e machine which is for disable ppl...

which i never try it b4...

so i steadily tap my card on tt machine.

but de....eh?how come cannot scan wan?

so i felt so weird n i tried so many times at e same part.

den a Auntie came n she tapped her card...

n e stupid me juz walked through wen e machine door opened,

coz i tot my card had succeeded to scan!

n so tt auntie called me n told me tt it was her card tt scanned it,not mine.

n i was tinking in my mind:"huh?wad do u mean?not my card meh?"

i dun even noe wad's exactly happening,so i juz stood der.

looks so innocent...haha

Lady Luck was on my side.

luckily Wee Tat n Bryan came...n dey both saw wad had happened.

so Bryan asked me for my card n he gave it to e person-in-charge.

n so after tt e prob was settled...

n i felt safe...haha

but after all of us passed through tt machine,

both of dem buay tahan liao,dey burst into laughter!

"eh,u noe wer to tap anot?"

"u 1st time take MRT meh?"

"u tap e wrong place lar,should be e green part!not e small screen on top of e green part!"

"e green part written down PLEASE TAP HERE,u cant see ar?"

WAHAHAHAHAHA

me myself burst into laughter too!

wth am i doing?

totally blur lar me

so i quickly explained tt becoz tis was e 1st time i used disable de machine ma...not my fault lar(finding excuses)

n dey said tt Auntie oso weird lar...

i haven pass through den she go n tap.

haha...i readily agreed...she oso got fault k?=p

but after all,i felt damn embarrassing!=}

damn "qiu3" lar

ok,now move on to e 2nd event.

which was after school...so i was walking alone to e MRT station...

den suddenly

"dong"

i heard something dropped down.

so i turned to look wad izit...

i saw something goldish brown colour things looks lyk coin.

a guy behind me juz walked past it.

but after tt i was tinking tt:

"isin't tt e button from my pants?"

n i felt lyk touching my butt to check it out.

but den i dare not do tt coz tt guy was juz behind me.

so i pretend to keep walking forward...

den after a moment tt guy had passed by me...

so i checked my pants n i realized tt my button was reli missing!

so i quickly turned bk to look for it...haha

thanks god...

i took it bk.

n so...it was another embarrassing moment!haha

so tis was my pants...see,e left side button lost edi!haha

3rd event

reached Boon Lay MRT station...

still early so decided to walked back

den a tall guy came up to me n tis was our conversation.

guy:"miss,r u working?"

me:"no!"

guy:"oh,still schooling?"

me:"yea."

guy:"oh...nvm...have a nice day!"

end of conversation.

after tt,something poped out from my mind:

do i looks lyk a working ppl?

i was wearing casually n carrying a back pack...

how e hell tt guy thought i am working?

weird.

perhaps i m more mature now?

if so,i ll be glad...hehe

den i moved on my way to hostel

tis was e 1st time i walked between e MRT station and hostel.

well,e whole journey took abt 10-15mins

but it was soooo exciting!

coz it was actually so frightening for me!

i nid to cross over two cross junction tt was filled with cars!

all e cars was driving sooo fast.

n der's nobody der.

i was alone.

coz normally i oways cross e road wen i saw other ppl start to cross.

so tis time i had to cross by myself.

but luckily i managed to cross it safely.

as a conclusion,i tink i rather waste money to take a bus home than risking my life on e tiger mouth!

yoohoo!feel lyk blogging so here m i now...

hiak hiak

haha...2day class was quite a long time

but duno y im not tt tired 2day.

well,2day had charcoal drawing class again...

tho its fun,somehow i hate it coz its made my hand turned black!

but

i still enjoyed it

so after tt we was lyk rushing for e next Oral Communication class

even tho 2day Miss Huei let us went off earlier from e drawing class,

but we still had not enough time to have our lunch.

so we ended up with da-bao-ing.

n i met aaron,shen yeong n songye at tt food court...

haha...n tt stupid aaron still din giv me my ang pao!

wth

so e OCS class was smooth going...

n den der was e Design Thinking 1 Class[DT1].

well,for ur information,we were asked to do 100 solutions of fruit graphic designs n pass it up on week 6!

gosh...n 2day Mr. Lau asked everyone of us tt how far had we done?

n i wak lyk....err....15?

haha

n we were so surprised tt Amanina had done 86 edi!

oh gosh...super fast sia!

ok...n den went bk to my hostel...

wah,2day was so diff becoz 2 of dem(my housemate n roomate)were at home edi...

tis was e 1st time dey went bk earlier than me since i stayed here!

so we went for our dinner as Michelle was super hungry.

n so after e dinner,we were chatting all e way.

n i suddenly saw e swing in e playground.

so i pointed at it n said:

"hey,nobody's playing!"

n dey felt lyk playing it too!

so,our stomach were so full,but we insisted to play it...haha

tis was e place wer we tried out wif e exercise stuffs in e park!it was pretty fun!

Meita told me tt both of dem were here for 1 year edi but dey never come to tis park b4...

gosh...but now finally dey did!

so tis is my roomate-Michelle,n my housemate-Meita(she was forced to take tis photo coz she reli hate to take photos...haha)
